Posted by on Friday October 18th, 2013 A Perfect Circle creators Maynard James Keenan and Billy Howerdel recently confirmed that they are currently putting together a greatest hits compilation, which will be titled Three Sixty, on Nov. The compilation will include 13-track (19-track deluxe) compilation, which will consist of various songs from their catalog. The final song on the album will feature the studio version of “new” song “By and Down” – their first new song in a decade – which was written during the band’s live shows during 2010 and 2011.
